Founded in 1995 and based in New York City, Power Concepts, L.L.C. began as a small power systems consulting firm. Initially focused on the testing, maintenance, and operations of critical electrical systems, the company quickly grew to provide a range of services including project management, research, commissioning, and evaluation to numerous clients in the United States. Our specialties include energy efficiency, submetering, remote data acquisition, Heating/Ventilation/Air-conditioning (HVAC) optimization, electrical and mechanical systems troubleshooting, and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Power Concepts Facility Services, Inc. was founded in 2000 and is based in Los Angeles, California. This branch focuses on facilities and project management for our West Coast clients.

PowerCon Engineering, P.C., founded in 2004, focuses exclusively on Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical design services.
